Carrot and turmeric soup with grilled speck and cream, carpaccio filled with red pesto on a bed of rocket with parmesan and balsamic essence, tender pork saddle steak with calvados sauce, almond balls, and steamed zucchini, apple strudel in a glass … is your mouth already watering? Good!

Before I discovered my passion for cooking, I, worked as a self-employed carpenter. Today I work with different kinds of raw materials from nature and bring the culinary delights of South Tyrol closer to our guests.
